How We Place Our Nannies
We utilize psychological and relationship tools and experts to determine the best placement for you and the families who entrust their children to your care. We are committed to contributing to the well-being of Nanny professionals by helping nannies and families understand and adhere to the criteria and boundaries contained in our Nanny Family contract. We won’t knowingly sacrifice quality, care, or safety of our nannies or families for money.
Benefits and Qualifications
All job placements come with sick pay, vacation pay, holidays, and overtime. We will be honest and help you until you find the PERFECT job for your needs. We only work with highly qualified and experienced candidates who: ​

Have at least one to two years of full-time, paid nanny experience.
Note: we must be able to speak with your former employer to verify this was a real job and to obtain a FULL reference on your job performance.

Are legally authorized to work in the US. We cannot place you if you are not legally authorized to work in the US.

Have a warm, wonderful, hard-working attitude and who can be flexible to the needs of our families.

Have at least two references (usually more) who were your boss (family or friend references are NOT allowed). These references must have seen you care for children.

Have the ability to pass strict background and reference checks and a drug screen .
