With over 20 of experience, Ty has worked with children from various backgrounds. Growing up in a family dedicated to fostering, she found joy in caring for children and became passionate about advocating for those who cannot speak for themselves.

Ty served as a student teaching assistant for children with special needs, helping peers with essential life skills. She also has a relative with autism whom she has supported throughout their childhood.

Beginning her childcare journey at age 12, Ty moved from babysitting to roles like lead camp counselor, nanny, and Teacher Assistant at Renton Christian School, engaging with over 300 students monthly.

In 2011, Ty graduated from Northwest University and is now pursuing her master's degree in psychology. She emphasizes understanding each child's unique needs and advocates for teaching them to express their wants and boundaries.

Ty creates a service through her nanny agency where clients and nannies feel valued and understood. A lifelong Washington resident, she enjoys beach, music, and jogging along the scenic trails of the Pacific Northwest in her free time.
